Ratrodek is an indie music project. Contact us with any questions. This page describes how the website at ratrodek.com handles your personal information.
What we collect
- Account info you give us at sign-up: email, display name, full name (optional), phone (optional), country.
- Order details when you buy: items, totals, currency, payment method, shipping address (for physical items).
- Standard server logs: IP, user-agent, request paths and timestamps, kept for short-term abuse prevention.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
Why we use it
- To run the account: sign-in, order history, address book, two-factor authentication.
- To route purchases to
pay.ratrodek.com, which runs Razorpay International for both India (UPI, GPay, PhonePe, card, netbanking) and the rest of the world (card, wallets). Payment details are handled entirely on that subdomain — your card number never reaches our servers, nor does your billing address or phone number. - To send the email confirmations, password resets, and download links the site you bought from would send.
How long we keep it
Account data stays as long as your account exists. Order records are kept for at least seven years for tax compliance. You can request account deletion at any time via the Security tab in your account; some records (like financial transactions) remain in our records past the deletion for legal reasons but are detached from your profile.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of your data.
- Correction — update fields from your profile page.
- Deletion — close your account from the Security tab, or write to us.
- Withdraw consent for marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link.
