The basics

ratrodek.com is the official site of the Ratrodek music project. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

• You must give accurate information when signing up.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these terms.
• Two-factor authentication is recommended for any account that has placed an order.

Purchases

• Prices are shown in the currency of your region, inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
• Payment is handled on pay.ratrodek.com by Razorpay International; your card details never reach our servers.
• Orders are confirmed only after the payment processor signals success.
• For physical items we ship within published lead times; delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
• For digital items (where applicable) you receive a download grant tied to your account.

Refunds + cancellations

• Physical items: returnable within 14 days of delivery if unopened. We arrange the refund minus payment processor fees.
• Digital items: not refundable once the download link is delivered, unless the file is corrupted or undeliverable.
• Contact us within 30 days of the order for any refund request.

Content + licenses

All music, lyrics, images, photographs, design, and code on ratrodek.com are owned by the artist or licensed for use here. Personal listening, private sharing, and short-form social posts that credit Ratrodek are welcome. Commercial use, republishing, or modifying the work requires written permission.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, probe, scrape, or overload the site.
• Don't impersonate the artist or other fans.
• Don't upload anything illegal or harmful through any form.

No warranty + liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 14 days before they take effect.
